Welcome to Red Rock Chiropractic

Red Rock Chiropractic is a full-service facility run by a caring and highly skilled Summerlin chiropractor, Dr. Margaret Colucci, who has been serving patients in the Las Vegas, Nevada area for the past 25 years. Dr. Colucci is an expert at assessing and treating all levels of back pain and other problems that may be caused by dysfunction within the musculoskeletal structure. Her specialty is low-force chiropractic, which takes into consideration that each person has varying levels of tolerance for the manual hand pressure that is used during spinal manipulation. She is committed to providing personalized care for each of her patients and to achieving pain relief through the most natural, gentle and non-invasive methods possible.

Services We Offer

Contrary to what many people believe, we offer much more than back pain treatment. Our diagnosis and plan of action for your specific treatment involves obtaining a clear picture of your physical and emotional health, lifestyle and level of fitness. We can then devise a plan that is customized for your particular needs, instead of just a generic, cookie-cutter solution that may only provide short-term results. We focus on natural health and long-term maintenance by relieving your pain and then guiding and educating you on how to help maintain your own ongoing health. This not only saves time and money for you, it typically offers a greater feeling of personal well-being than do traditional methods of healthcare. Treatments that we offer for pain relief and whole-body wellness include:

  • Chiropractic exams, which consist of manual spinal manipulations
  • Auto Accident Injury Treatment
  • Massage Therapy
  • Sports Injury Therapy

Benefits of Chiropractic

One of the most beneficial aspects of chiropractic care is its focus on a drug-free, non-surgical approach to good health. While chiropractors do understand that, sometimes, there is a need for the intervention of traditional medicine, they are for the most part, committed to applying all-natural solutions for your physical illnesses and injuries whenever possible.

Additionally, chiropractic care looks at the whole person when assessing conditions and devising treatment plans. This means that instead of simply addressing pain when it occurs, we do our best to find the underlying causes for the pain so that we can stop illness and injury at the root. This approach ultimately leads to offering patients more insight into their own contributions to things that may be causing their chronic pain or illness. Consequently, it also has the benefit of helping to prevent future occurrences of the problems.

In support of our integrated, natural approach to health and wellness, we are proud to offer a range of health-supporting products and services on our website.
